Instructions for Installing PDU Cables AWS V3 50A Cable
WARNING – Not for current interrupting
CAUTION – Intended for AC only operation
WARNING – Do not use cable assembly if damaged
- Verify the cable assembly meets required specifications.
- Length & construction
- Electrical requirements
- Connection requirements
- Inspect the cable for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Do not use if damaged.
- Inspect the connector(s) for damage to the housing or terminals. Do not use if damaged.
- Inspect wire ends, if included. Do not use if damaged.
- Disconnect power to the circuit.
- Connect the receptacle (female) end of the cable assembly to the input device.
- Connect the plug (male) end of the cable assembly to the panel. Note: The cable assembly may have a wired pigtail instead of a plug.
- Verify that each end of the cable is securely fastened.
- Apply power to the circuit and verify proper operation.
